❄️ The Snow Has Arrived! ❄️

The snow has come to the Gateway to the Shenandoah Valley, and so far, we appear to have (according to NWS employees) over 7" of accumulation now. The kids are bundled up and playing outside with sleds and snow shovels, and I'm keeping the hot cocoa, warm pastries, and rich soup ready for them.

Although the forecast for more snow has decreased substantially, we're still expecting to be stuck for a few days, but we're fortunate to have everything we need to make it enjoyable and memorable.

What about you? Do you have everything you need? If you're getting the special winter weather, are you buckled down and ready to write?

I'd love to hear from you if you want to say hi! πŸ‘‹

My Favorite Part of the New Master Vault! 🀩

It's my favorite part of the
Write it. Finish it. Publish it! Master Vault!

I've used Autocrit on and off for about 10 years now, and I see them continuing to grow in all the services, tools, and classes they provide to authors. I think they do an excellent job at helping authors get unstuck so they can finish and publish their work.

This pack of courses is the perfect combo of research support and publishing path, and I personally can't wait to dig into it. As an author with an M.A. in History, I devour all things related to history, folklore, and mythology -- and learning how others use them to inspire and inform their stories.

My current writing contract is for psychological and action thrillers, so the Psychology class can also be super helpful for me.

While I'm not looking for a literary agent, I know many writers are, so I think it's an excellent inclusion for people who wish to pursue that route.

Either way, just two of those classes absolutely make this entire Master Vault worth the nominal cost. πŸ™Œ

Which one of those classes would you queue up for this wintry weekend? (If it's winter where you are, of course.)

Sticky Brand Deal! πŸ₯³

I've had great luck with stickers from Sticky Brand, and right now they have a pretty excellent deal on 2" stickers. If you include stickers for fulfilling crowdfunding campaign orders, adding goodies to your table for in-person book sales, or sending out book orders from your store, now is a good time to stock up!

ICYMI: Ready to Revamp Your 2026 Plan?

I've published my first (public) video on YouTube in a long time. I hope it's the first of many -- if it's helpful to you. Be sure to like, comment, and subscribe if you do find it helpful. That way, I know to continue with my plans to record more planning and productivity videos this year. 😊 πŸ™Œ πŸ’•

Why do I need the feedback? Because time, energy, finances (and my health are all limited, and I want to focus my efforts where they can make a real impact for me and for our writing community. As a creator, it's easy to feel lost in the noise sometimes and wonder if what we're doing matters. The best way to determine that is through feedback.

If you don't want to watch the entire workshop replay, you can always download the workbook (link in the video description OR HERE) I created and work through it on your own. I'd recommend printing it and filling it out by hand if you're able, as that can enhance brainstorming, thoughtfulness, and improve your retention.

The Ultimate Plan-Write-Publish Giveaway!

Have you heard the news? I've extended the deadline. This defintely needs more eyes, as my partners and I have worked hard to put this together.

About this giveaway: I've partnered with some amazing people to offer over $2700 in prizes as part of my Ultimate Plan, Write, & Publish Package Giveaway! πŸ₯³ πŸ™Œ πŸ’•

In all, there are 28 prizes, with the Grand Prize being a publishing package - Custom Book Cover, Editing, Proofreading, and so much more!

The best part is that I'm offering HUGE bonus points to people who share posts about my planners. All entries will be verified, and I've set it up so the system can't be gamed by using email referrals as entries. That system simply isn't fair to people who are trying to participate honestly, so it's instead focused on engagement, interaction, and sharing on social media.

I hope you'll take a shot and enter! 😊

Talk Again Tomorrow πŸ₯³

Did you have a chance to watch my planning workshop? If so, I hope you enjoyed it. And don't forget to download the workbook!

Come and sprint with me and Allison in Discord this weekend. Join us HERE.

Talk again soon!

Warmest Wishes,

❄️ Audrey Hughey ❄️
